We're thrilled to announce the official launch of the My Genomic Health pilot programme to Bupa Global customers!
The My Genomic Health pilot is a two-year initiative that began in October 2023, offering over 3,500 customers the opportunity to have a whole genome sequenced. This innovative approach aims to identify the risk of developing more than 36 health conditions, including 10 types of cancer. By providing personalised recommendations and tailored health plans, Bupa is empowering customers to take proactive steps in preventing illness and promoting early detection.
One of the unique aspects of this programme is its focus on personalised and actionable insights. The genomic report will focus on preventive measures that can be taken, ensuring customers receive health and wellbeing advice. Additionally, the programme includes comprehensive wraparound and connected care services, such as access to genetic counselling and referrals to Bupa's GP or specialist services if needed.
